Our final cake involved learning carnations. I've never been a fan of the actual flower but I loved making the gumpaste versions. I think they're actually quite pretty!
I also did a fondant bead border. Now that I've finished the courses, I'm really excited to start getting down and dirty with cake making. I'm excited to experiment and learn more.
So hopefully, many more amazing cakes are to come! Stay tuned...
